Emerging out of the undergrounds of New York City, where it gets super goopy and nasty, the Dirty Socks crawled into the sunlight in order to bring happy tones and wordy tomes of songs and color to all the kids everywhere!

DIDJYA KNOW… Stephen loves playing guitar, especially rock & roll, gypsy jazz and classical – he even has guitars hanging on the walls at his house ready to be played! He also loves creating things, using his imagination, singing, writing, running, playing and watching sports (Especially the Vikings and the Twins. Minnesoooooooota!!!)
He also loves thinking, eating, sleeping, laughing, and playing with slimy things but he especially loves teaching!
He teaches people how to play the guitar and he and his brother Adam started a company called Kids Creative (www.kidscreative.org) where they create original rock and roll musicals with kids just like you! But most of all, he loves playing music and having adventures with his friends in the Dirty Sock Funtime Band. Stephen graduated from the Masters program in Education at the University of Minnesota. He also has a creative writing degree and is a classically trained guitarist.
He’s been to 49 out of 50 of these United States… and he can’t wait to see Alaska! He’s already decided he loves it.
