DIDJYA KNOW… Mr. Clown invented the art of Rock Clowning, a combination of having fun, rocking out, singing and dancing to your heart’s content, and wearing your most colorful tuxedo and your most chartruse-colored hair. When he’s not Mr. Clown, Adam is the co-founder and Executive Director of Kids Creative, taking the group from a once-a-week after school program into a City-wide after school and summer program serving over 400 kids a week. Adam has a Masters Degree in Peace Education from Teachers College of Columbia University and undergraduate degrees in international politics from Columbia University and Jewish law from the Jewish Theological Seminary.
He trains capoeira with Omulu Guanabara Capoeira NYC. He has worked with youth in different settings all over the world, teaching music and arts to kids in Israel, Turkey, France, England, Germany and all around the United States. He used to be in the traveling a capella group Pizmon.
Adam originally hails from Minnesota (the Minnesota Twins are his favorite team EVER!!!) and also lived for a while in a rocking villa in Rockville, Maryland.
